Testing shows that in environments with 30% relative humidity, the electrostatic voltage inside the bag remains within ±50V, fully meeting the storage requirements for electronic components (e.g., integrated circuits, capacitors).
The top circular ventilation window is made of highly transparent PVC material (0.3mm thickness) with ≥85% light transmittance, allowing clear visibility of internal contents for clumping or moisture issues (e.g., lithium battery cathode materials like lithium carbonate). The window edges are sealed with ultrasonic welding (waterproof rating IP54) while retaining a drawstring opening for closure when needed. This design addresses the pain point of traditional bulk bags—"inability to inspect internal conditions"—making it ideal for high-value materials requiring frequent checks.
Beyond anti-static properties, the bag body uses flame-retardant materials (oxygen index ≥28, compliant with UL 94 V-0), preventing rapid flame spread even in direct fire exposure.
