The core function of the COSEK cylindrical bulk bag is "leak-proof": The outer layer of white PP woven fabric uses an "anti-static formula" (resistance value ≤10⁹Ω·m), which prevents static sparks caused by friction of powdery materials (suitable for flammable materials such as coatings and plastic particles); the inner layer is a 0.1mm thick PE film (thermally bonded to the outer layer), forming a "double-layer seal." The bag opening uses a combination of a "screw cap + nitrile rubber sealing gasket" (seal compression ≥30%), ensuring that even high-viscosity liquids (such as emulsions and paints) will not leak — the actual leakage rate is ≤0.02% (test conditions: filled with water and dropped from a height of 1 meter three times). Additionally, the "reinforcing straps" on both sides of the bag (white PP webbing, 5cm wide) enhance the bag's compressive strength, preventing deformation or rupture due to internal pressure.
Compared to traditional square bulk bags, the biggest advantage of the cylindrical shape is "uniform stress distribution": When the bag is filled with liquid or paste materials, the material naturally forms a circular cross-section, with pressure evenly distributed on the bag walls, avoiding the "stress concentration" phenomenon seen in square bags (where corners experience high pressure and are prone to rupture). This structure makes the bag more stable, even when stacked (up to 6 layers), and less likely to tip over. Additionally, the cylindrical shape has a "smaller footprint" (15% less than a square bag of the same capacity), making it more suitable for dense warehouse storage and improving storage utilization.
To withstand the bumps and squeezes of logistics, the materials and processes of this bag have been reinforced:
- The tensile strength of the white PP woven fabric is ≥40MPa (20% higher than standard models), capable of withstanding the impact of 2.8 tons of cargo without damage;
- The handles use red nylon webbing (with UV-resistant fibers), which does not become brittle even under direct sunlight (aging test: after 1000 hours of exposure, strength retention rate ≥88%);
- The bottom of the bag has a "thickened treatment" (25% increase in thickness), making it more wear-resistant when placed on a pallet (tested to be usable over 10 times, 4 more times than standard models).
Based on the characteristics of different materials, we offer in-depth customization services:
- For liquid materials: The thickness of the PE film can be adjusted (0.08mm-0.12mm), and corrosion-resistant materials (such as EVA film) can be selected based on the liquid's corrosiveness (e.g., acids, alkalis);
- For powdery materials: A "vent valve" can be added (to balance internal air pressure and prevent bag rupture due to vibration compaction of the powder);
- For high-temperature materials: "High-temperature resistant PP woven fabric" can be used (withstands temperatures up to 80°C, suitable for temporary storage before coating drying);
- Packaging labeling: The material name, composition, and hazard warning signs (such as "Flammable," "Corrosive") can be printed, complying with the requirements of GB 190 "Packaging Marks for Dangerous Goods Transport."
